I’m a stay at home mom, artist, writer and Church volunteer who is just trying to make sense out of life. Sometimes we forget to sit down, be quiet, and really think about the things that are going on around us and the way that they affect us. Sharing our thoughts and stories is one great way to gain a little perspective. That is what this blog is for- sharing and perspective.

so nice to meet you! I look forward to reading more from you! I truly smiled a pure smile from thinking about your daughter and the dragons in the basement/cellar. I don’t think you need new stories. I would say, though, it’s never too early for the Chronicles of Narnia. My 5 year old has had them all read to him at least twice and he loves them!

I saw your post on politiporn and it was a great intro to your writing. Your “What if I was Gay” post was really amazing. I haven’t seen the issue approached from that perspective very often.
